True Touch Typing

(formerly SpahnKeyboarding)

About Us

Formerly known as SpahnKeyboarding, we are a family owned and operated small business specializing in typing instruction while familiarizing students with technology at an early (or any) age. We promote proven tools, techniques, and technologies in order to provide an optimal learning experience.

As parents of neurodiverse children, we are focused on helping children develop and build valuable life skills while having fun. Learning to type is the first step in introducing young minds to the ever-changing world of technology, which in this day and age is a necessity for virtually every career path.

We understand how difficult it is taking time out of your busy schedule to teach your child how to type. There are a million other things that take precedence, like making sure they get to their after-school activities (music lessons, soccer camps, etc.) on time, dinner is on the table, the kids have finished their homework... and the list is never ending. Let us check "Learning how to type" off of the list for you. We will ensure your child learns this valuable skill while having fun in the process!

We can relate to scheduling conflicts and will do our best to accommodate.

As a result, your payment for enrolling in the program is necessary to reserve a slot and will be retained by True Touch Typing unless circumstances warrant a change that is agreed upon by the enrollee and True Touch Typing.

What if the facility closes due to bad weather or instructors are unavailable?

In the event a facility is closed due to inclement weather, maintenance, or another reason, classes will continue on the next class period and we will try to incorporate the missed class into the remaining classes in order for all students to finish on the set date. If we need to add a day to the schedule, the additional class is subject to availability, as solely determined by True Touch Typing.
